The inclusion of persons with disabilities in technical education, vocational training, and employment is a key development issue at the intersection of education, employment, and social protection policies. Beyond access, the key issue remains the quality of pathways, their coherence, and their real capacity to lead to sustainable integration into the labor market. To assess these dimensions, Christian Blind Mission (CBM) and Society Without Barriers (SWB) commissioned the final evaluation of their project, with the support of CRIHD as a center of expertise and partner in implementing the evaluation. The final evaluation was not limited to measuring quantitative results. It adopted a learning-focused approach, aiming to understand: • the extent to which the project improved effective access for people with disabilities to education and training opportunities, • how beneficiaries experienced their training and integration pathways, • what factors facilitated or hindered the transition to employment. This qualitative and systemic analysis made it possible to assess the relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability of the interventions implemented. The evaluation cross-referenced the views of beneficiaries, training centers, employers, and public institutions in order to place the project's results in their real-world context.
